This Privacy Policy explains how Word Clash (“Word Clash,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Word Clash mobile app and the worldclash.app website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

We use the information to provide and operate the game (matchmaking, scoring, leaderboards, the in-game economy), enable social features, process and verify purchases, show and measure advertising, send notifications you’ve enabled, diagnose crashes and improve performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and respond to support requests and legal obligations.
We use AppLovin MAX to show ads. On iOS, we ask for permission through App Tracking Transparency before using your advertising identifier for personalized ads; if you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads. You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contract and limited to what they need:
We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the associated personal data, except where we must retain limited records (for example, transaction records) to meet legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account), which removes your profile and associated data. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Word Clash is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the app.
