How do I play?

You and an opponent get the same prompt. Take alternating 20-second turns typing valid answers. Outlast your opponent to win the round; best of 3 wins the match.

What is Energy and how does it refill?

Energy gates matches. It refills over time on its own, and you can also top it up by watching a rewarded ad, claiming the daily bonus, or buying an energy pack in the Shop.

I bought coins / gems / an energy pack but didn’t receive them

Purchases are verified with Apple or Google before crediting. If a charge went through but the balance didn’t update, fully close and reopen the app to let it re-sync. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us with the date and the store receipt and we’ll sort it out.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Shop and tap “Restore Purchases.” One-time purchases such as Remove Ads are restored to the same Apple ID / Google account they were bought with.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your profile and associated data. You can also email us to request deletion.

How do I change the language?

Settings → Language. Word Clash supports English and Turkish.
